LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – This weekend Las Vegas will once again see dueling campaign events from potential competitors for the Oval Office.
FOX5 has learned President Joe Biden, who’s seeking reelection, will make a stop in the Valley Sunday for a private campaign event. Neither the White House nor the campaign has released any details on the event.
Meanwhile, independent presidential candidate Robert Kennedy will host a rally in Downtown Las Vegas on Sunday afternoon. Kennedy will address supporters at Area 15. Gates open at 4 pm.
Kennedy has yet to secure enough petition signatures to qualify for the November ballot. His campaign tells FOX5 he’s about 2,000 shy, and hopes to fill that final petition during Sunday’s event.
