LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The city of Las Vegas is seeking a development partner for an approximately 11-acre site in downtown, pitching the area as a rare opportunity to help shape what officials describe as an ongoing renaissance for Downtown Las Vegas.
In a post shared on social media, the city said the property is within walking distance of the Fremont Street Experience, the Mob Museum, Downtown Container Park and East Fremont, with Symphony Park and the 18b Arts District a short distance away.

City officials said the vision includes a mixed-use project designed to complement the surrounding neighborhood while creating a new destination.
The city’s wish list for the site includes a blend of hospitality, entertainment, retail, office, sports, green space and residential uses, as well as civic and public safety components, according to the post.
The city says proposals are due by 5 p.m. Dec. 16, 2026.
