LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — One of the Strip’s most iconic fine-dining rooms is preparing to take its final bow.
Le Cirque at Bellagio will permanently close after dinner service on Sunday, Aug. 23, the resort announced. Bellagio says the space will transition into a new culinary concept, expected to open in mid-2027.
Le Cirque has been serving classic French cuisine since Bellagio opened in October 1998, becoming a signature part of the resort’s identity — and a staple of Las Vegas fine dining.
Over the years, the restaurant earned major industry recognition for its food, wine program and service, including:
- Michelin One-Star rating
- Forbes Five-Star rating
- AAA Five Diamond award
- Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence

Bellagio General Manager Mark Czerniak called Le Cirque “an institution,” crediting the restaurant with helping shape Las Vegas into the fine-dining destination it is today.
“Le Cirque played a pivotal role in the city’s transformation into the fine dining destination it is today,” Czerniak said in a statement. “We are proud and grateful to those dedicated team members – past and present – who contributed to Le Cirque’s remarkable legacy by delivering an unforgettable experience to guests from around the world every night.”
For now, guests who want one more visit are encouraged to make reservations through Bellagio. The resort says additional details about special farewell moments will be shared in the coming months.
