During a hearing last month, attorneys representing Ham asked for the chance to argue bail, due to Ham currently serving a sentence in Utah until September. Wednesday’s hearing will allow both sides to present additional arguments on where and how Ham will be held until trial in December.

Ham is due in court at 8:30 a.m. His next hearing is set for September 23.
