LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – The Henderson Police Department said a crash sent a moped rider in critical condition to an area hospital Monday afternoon.
Police say the crash happened in the are of Via Da Vinci Avenue and Rivoli Street around 4:25 p.m. It involves the moped rider and another vehicle.
Police said impairment is not considered a factor and speed is an unknown factor. The department did not provide immediate conditions of the other driver.
“Expect delays as all traffic on Via Da Vinci Avenue is closed from Via Inspirada to Rivoli Street while Traffic Investigators conduct their investigation,” police said.
This is an active investigation.
