LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — BLVD Las Vegas announced four new additions to its dining lineup as the mixed-use lifestyle destination continues to grow following its highly anticipated opening.
Officials said TENSHOU Collection, Pepper Lunch, Mothership Coffee Roasters, and GoGreek will be coming to the property.
TENSHOU Collection
TENSHOU Collection is a multi-concept Japanese dining experience set to become a centerpiece of BLVD’s culinary offerings. Plans include a tasting menu featuring ingredients sourced from Japan, with options ranging from sushi, tempura, and yakitori to wood-fired kaiseki and fine Chinese cuisine. The BLVD location will be one of four Bar Centifolia sites in the U.S., alongside West Hollywood and two New York locations.
Pepper Lunch
Founded in Tokyo in 1994, Pepper Lunch is known for its do-it-yourself teppanyaki meals served on sizzling iron plates, letting guests cook their food at the table. The chain has grown to more than 500 locations in over 15 countries.
Mothership Coffee Roasters
Las Vegas-based Mothership Coffee Roasters, founded in 2012, focuses on single-origin coffee and ethically sourced ingredients. The woman-owned roaster also offers a from-scratch bakery and has several cafes around the Las Vegas Valley, including in Summerlin, Downtown, and Henderson.
GoGreek
GoGreek is bringing a Greek yogurt bar and cafe to BLVD, offering made-to-order yogurt options and lighter menu choices as part of the center’s expanding dining lineup.
