LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — A motorcyclist was taken to the hospital after a crash at Rampart Boulevard and Canyon Run Drive, authorities said.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department said dispatch received a report of a collision involving a motorcycle and a vehicle at about 1:34 p.m.
According to the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada, the road is closed in both directions on Rampart Boulevard.

The rider was left with critical injuries, said police.
Police said the driver of the vehicle remained at the scene. The motorcyclist was transported to a hospital, and the crash remains under investigation.
