LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Nevada’s nonrestricted gaming licensees reported a total gaming win of $1,299,970,983 for April 2026, according to the Nevada Gaming Control Board.

The figure represents a 5.29% increase compared to April 2025, when licensees reported a gaming win of $1,234,609,353. For the fiscal year, gaming win has increased 2.29%.

Regional performance

Clark County reported gaming win of $1,118,498,416 in April 2026, a 4.75% increase over April 2025.

The Las Vegas Strip reported $689,446,473 in gaming win, a 6.58% increase compared to April 2025. Downtown Las Vegas reported $83,414,503, a 0.62% decrease from the prior year.

Laughlin reported $46,968,826 in gaming win, a 16.90% increase over April 2025. The Boulder Strip reported $89,973,987, a 0.08% increase.

Washoe County reported $97,302,199 in gaming win, a 12.65% increase over April 2025. Reno reported $72,341,268, an 11.81% increase, while Sparks reported $15,228,428, a 20.28% increase.

South Lake Tahoe reported $18,377,666, a 10.49% increase over April 2025.

Tax collections

The state collected $78,384,041 in percentage fees during May 2026, based on taxable revenues generated in April 2026. This represents a 15.19% increase compared to May 2025, when percentage fee collections were $68,047,163.
