LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The Nevada Supreme Court is warning the public about a scam notice being shared online and by email/text.

The fake document claims to be a “Final Notice–Court Enforcement Action” from the State of Nevada, but it was not issued by any Nevada court or state agency.

The notice uses official-sounding language—sometimes referencing the “Justice Court of the County of Clark Traffic Division”—and threatens serious consequences like license suspension, fines, and collections.
