LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Nevada State Police said a juvenile male died at a hospital following a crash late February.

On Feb. 23, police said a crash happened around 8:11 p.m. at the intersection of State Route 160 and Homestead Road. This is in the Pahrump area.

Police said the driver of a white Chevy Tahoe traveled southbound on SR160 approaching the intersection. At the same moment, the driver of a black Dodge Journey traveled eastbound on Homestead Road attempting to make a left turn onto SR160 with a green light signal.

Police said the driver of the Tahoe failed to obey the red traffic signal and entered the intersection, striking the Journey’s left side.
