LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — A woman was rescued from a Mt. Charleston trail after a domestic disturbance Saturday, officials say.
Friends of Las Vegas Metro Search and Rescue said the incident happened around 10 p.m. Search and Rescue personnel responded to the Cathedral Rock Trailhead to assist Mt. Charleston Fire Department personnel with a rescue operation.

Officials said a woman was stuck in a scree field after walking off during a domestic disturbance with their significant other. She was found about 100 feet above the trail.
Four officers responded and hiked. Officials say she suffered a knee injury and was treated by fire personnel.
The woman was loaded into a litter and was hiked to a ground ambulance.
