At Big Sur Oyster Bar, guests can order freshly shucked oysters on the half shell, Oysters Rockefeller and a variety of signature seafood dishes. The restaurant’s “What the Shuck” Happy Hour features half-priced raw oysters and clams daily from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
