LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Police are investigating a shooting that occurred Thursday morning in southwest Las Vegas, authorities said.
Officers with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department responded to reports of gunfire in the 6400 block of Durango Drive near Sunset Road at approximately 10:27 a.m.

According to police, no injuries have been reported in connection with the shooting.
The suspect fled the area before officers arrived at the scene and remains at large. Police have not yet released a suspect description or a potential motive for the gunfire.
Durango Drive remained open, but drivers were urged to use caution as police continued their investigation.
