LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Virgin Hotels Las Vegas is hosting a poolside party at The Pool on Saturday, July 4, from noon to 4 p.m.
The Backyard BBQ Bash will feature live entertainment from Dezi Marie & The Unknxwn, grilled BBQ food and poolside relaxation.

Menu and pricing
The event menu includes two skewer options priced at $12 each. The veggie skewer features grilled corn on the cob with white cheddar aioli, cotija cheese and cilantro. The BBQ skewer includes chicken and Andouille sausage with peppers, onions and Creole BBQ sauce, as well as a steak skewer with green onion, summer squash and Japanese BBQ sauce.
Entry is complimentary for resort guests and $20 for non-resort guests. The Pool is open daily from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
