LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The Palms is launching “Camp Palms: No Kids Allowed,” an immersive, grown-up summer camp on the casino floor near Scotch 80 Prime.
Starting July 1 through July 31, Wednesday through Sunday nights, guests 21 and up can walk into a fake wilderness with towering pines, lake views, campfires and walk-around wildlife characters.

Characters and entertainment
Guests will meet Camp Director Larry, counselors Sandy and Brad, Nurse Candy and Ranger Rick, all roaming the area and pulling people into games, sing-alongs and talent contests. Costumed characters include Tokey the Bear, Dumpster Dave the Raccoon and the chance of a Bigfoot sighting.
Menu and drinks
The menu leans into camp comfort food, including campfire surf and turf with Wagyu chili, “Wakey Wakey Bakey Bakey” bacon and eggs, camp dawgs and desserts inspired by s’mores and after-school snacks.
Cocktails built for Camp Palms include Bigfoot’s Watermelon Smash, Camp Counselor’s Therapy and “Red, White and Boom,” topped with a Bomb Pop.
Event details
The night plays out to late ’70s and early ’80s sing-along hits, aimed at giving guests a nostalgic summer camp feel with an adult twist.
Camp Palms runs July 1 through July 31. Doors open at 5 p.m. There is no cover charge, and seating is first-come, first-served. The motto: “Fun is mandatory, wild times encouraged.” The camp creed: “Booze, s’mores and bad decisions.”
