LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Peacock Alley at Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas is reviving its “Mad Hatter Tea” experience for a five-day run next month.

The hotel’s 23rd-floor tea lounge will transform into an Alice in Wonderland-inspired setting Aug. 26–30, with seatings at 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.

What’s on the menu

Guests can sample themed desserts including a “Cheshire Cassis Dome” with Pop Rocks, a “Red Queen’s” Black Forest cake and a “White Rabbit’s” coconut treat. Seasonal sandwiches include a Waldorf chicken gougère, ham and Swiss, and an egg salad “Blue Egg Nest.”

The base experience includes food and tea. Specialty cocktails — including the “Drink Me” vodka cocktail and the “Mad-Hattan” rye cocktail — are available for an additional charge. Window tables overlooking the Las Vegas Strip are available as a reservation upgrade.
