LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Las Vegas is taking center stage this Saturday as the Triple-A Championship Game arrives to crown a winner.
The Pacific Coast League champion Oklahoma City Comets, the Dodgers’ Triple-A affiliate, will face off against the Rochester Red Wings, the Nationals’ Triple-A affiliate and International League champions, at Las Vegas Ballpark on Saturday, September 26.
This comes after the Comets defeated the Las Vegas Aviators in the best-of-three PCL Championship Series on Thursday.

Rochester would also go on to clinch the International League championship title on Thursday after defeating the Memphis Redbirds, Triple-A affiliates of the St. Louis Cardinals.
Saturday’s game marks the fifth straight year the Las Vegas Ballpark has hosted the prestigious contest.
First pitch is slated for 7:05 p.m. in Summerlin.
