LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Caesars Palace is celebrating its 60th anniversary with limited-time culinary and cocktail experiences inspired by the flavors and traditions of its 1966 opening era, available through Dec. 31.
Participating restaurants include concepts from Gordon Ramsay, Bobby Flay, Nobu Matsuhisa, Guy Savoy and Dominique Ansel, as well as Bacchanal Buffet and Peter Luger Steak House.

“Few resorts have shaped the Las Vegas experience quite like Caesars Palace,” said Sean McBurney, Chief Commercial Officer and Regional President of Caesars Entertainment. “For 60 years, it has remained one of the city’s defining destinations, with dining playing an integral role in its evolution. These anniversary offerings honor the culinary legacy that helped make the resort an icon.”
What’s on the menus
Bacchanal Buffet features a dedicated anniversary station with dishes including Duck à l’Orange, Oysters Rockefeller, Prime Rib, Roman-Style Porchetta and Clams Casino.
Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen offers The Senate Supper, a three-course prix fixe menu priced at $115, featuring Oysters Rockefeller, Imperial Beef Rossini Redux with seared foie gras and black truffle, and Tuxedo Mousse Cake. Dishes are also available à la carte.
Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill’s Showgirls & Smoke prix fixe menu is priced at $90 and includes Showgirl Shrimp Louie, Rat Pack Prime Rib Reborn and Tuxedo Mousse Cake, also available à la carte.
Amalfi by Bobby Flay’s La Dolce Vita menu features Clams Oreganata, Grilled Shrimp Scampi with fresh fettuccine and an Italian Assortment dessert plate.
Brasserie B Parisian Steakhouse by Bobby Flay offers the Parisian Opulence menu, which includes Crispy Frog Legs à la Provençale, Steak Oscar Royale and Chocolate Marquise.
Peter Luger Steak House is offering select items priced at $66.26 — a nod to the years 1966 and 2026 — including Oysters Rockefeller, Maine Lobster Tail, USDA Prime Dry-Aged New York Strip and a house-selected bottle of wine.
Nobu Restaurant’s exclusive anniversary menu, priced at $266, reimagines 1960s teppanyaki dining through Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s Japanese-Peruvian style. The menu includes Miyazaki A5 Wagyu, Glacier 51 Chilean Sea Bass and Lobster Tail, among other courses.
Stanton Social Italian’s Laurel and Gold Experience is priced at $95 and features Golden Ratio Prosciutto and Melon, Villa Imperiale Osso Buco and Tuxedo Mousse Cake, also available à la carte.
Restaurant Guy Savoy begins its à la carte anniversary menu Tuesday, July 28, with Duck à l’Orange Classique and Île Flottante à Deux, each priced at $66.
Dominique Ansel Las Vegas is offering a special August Cronut® priced at $10.99, featuring chocolate Champagne ganache and strawberry jam with Caesars Palace 60th anniversary décor.
Anniversary cocktails
Two specialty cocktails are available at participating bars and lounges throughout the property, each priced at $19.66.
The Strawberry Wallbanger combines Mutiny Vodka, Galliano Liqueur, orange juice, strawberries, vanilla simple syrup, strawberry syrup and tonic water.
The 60th Anniversary Old Fashioned features Knob Creek Caesars Private Barrel Bourbon — an exclusive single-barrel selection chosen for Caesars Entertainment — along with Angostura bitters, orange bitters, orange twist, Amarena cherry and a commemorative Caesars Palace 60th anniversary ice cube.
Property renovations underway
Caesars Palace said it has made recent investments including renovation of the resort’s main entrance and casino dome, redesign of the Flavian Sky Suites, opening of Palace Court Slots and Aureus Lounge high-limit gaming areas, and the debut of Celebrity Food Hall and Caspian’s Cocktails & Caviar. The resort also introduced two Presidential Villas in the Colosseum Tower and 29 Sky Villas in the Octavius Tower, and opened OMNIA Dayclub & Skybar, a 46,000-square-foot entertainment complex on Las Vegas Boulevard.
Future renovations include a complete redesign of nearly 1,000 suites in the Augustus Tower, more than 500 rooms in Julius Tower and nearly 1,200 rooms in Palace Tower, as well as a new VIP Check-In Lounge. All tower renovations are designed by Peter Silling & Associates.
