LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — EmployNV is rolling out a series of hiring events across the valley over the next two weeks. The events are designed to connect job seekers with companies ready to hire.
Pre-registration is encouraged through employnv.gov, but walk-ins are also welcome.

Foodie Fit is hiring cooks, meal prep associates and stewards or dishwashers. Pay starts between $15 and $16 an hour. The hiring event is Tuesday, June 9, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the EmployNV Career Hub on Las Vegas Boulevard North.
Master Corp is looking for housekeeping positions at all levels, paying $15 to $20 an hour. Interviews and possible on-the-spot offers run Wednesday, June 10, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the EmployNV Career Hub on South Maryland Parkway.
The Shade Tree is hiring maintenance technicians, security officers, cooks and maintenance supervisors. Pay ranges from $17 an hour up to about $50,000 a year. That event is Tuesday, June 16, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the EmployNV Career Hub on South Maryland Parkway.
Firetrucks Unlimited is searching for diesel mechanics, offering competitive wages plus benefits. Applicants are asked to bring a printed resume to the hiring event Thursday, June 18, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the EmployNV Career Hub on South Maryland Parkway.
EmployNV says its career hubs offer no-cost help with job searches, training and connections to employers across Nevada. More details and links to the events are posted on employnv.gov.
