LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Four teens accused of the beating death of Rancho High School student Jonathan Lewis appeared in court Thursday along with their attorneys.

Damien Hernandez, Dontral Beaver, Gianni Robinson and Treavion Randolph are all being charged as adults for the crime. Hernandez is currently on house arrest while the others are still behind bars.

All four waived their right to a speedy trial.

During the proceeding, the judge set a jury trial date for the four suspects for August 19 at 10:30 a.m. They will return to court for a status check hearing on March 14.

Five minor suspects are also facing charges. On Wednesday, a family court judge signed off on a plea deal for one of the juveniles.
