Kirk Cousins, Mendoza and O’Connell set for QB competition as training camp approaches

LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The NBA Summer League is underway at Thomas & Mack Center as Las Vegas inches closer to landing an expansion franchise. Bill Foley and local investors are among those eyeing a bid, with Commissioner Adam Silver set to speak at Summer League on Tuesday. Raiders training camp is also around the corner, with a quarterback competition brewing between Kirk Cousins, Fernando Mendoza and Aiden O’Connell.
