LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Metro is investigating a police shooting in downtown Las Vegas on Tuesday evening.
Officials with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department said it happened just after 6 p.m. in the 200 block of North 11th Street, near Ogden Avenue.
Before 8:30 p.m., officers say the suspect involved in the shooting has barricaded themself inside an apartment. LVMPD, SWAT and crisis negotiators are at the scene.

Police did not immediately confirm if there were any injuries. A FOX5 crew is headed to the scene to get more information.
