North Las Vegas police mourn the loss of retired K9 Officer Boris

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – The North Las Vegas Police Department is mourning the loss of retired K9 Officer Boris.

Boris, a Belgian Malinois, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 24, after battling cancer. He worked with Officer Adam Rosenthal.

According to a tribute post on X, formerly known as Twitter, Boris is described as having “a heart of gold.”
