LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Nevada Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash involving a pedestrian that occurred Saturday evening in Pahrump.
The crash was reported around 6:15 p.m. on eastbound Charleston Park Avenue, just west of Happy Lane in Pahrump, Nye County.
According to preliminary information from Nevada Highway Patrol, the crash involved a passenger sedan and a pedestrian. One adult male pedestrian was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The driver of the sedan remained at the scene and is cooperating with investigators, authorities said.
The investigation is ongoing.
