LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Las Vegas Ballpark will host a blood drive on Saturday, May 30, in partnership with Vitalant Blood Donation.
All donors will receive a voucher redeemable for two tickets to a Las Vegas Aviators home game. Donors who give blood from now through May 31 will receive a customizable “I Give for…” T-shirt, redeemable through Vitalant Donor Rewards. All donors will be entered for a chance to win one of three $10,000 gift cards.
Donors should schedule appointments in advance at vitalant.org using blood drive code “LVBALLPARK,” through the Vitalant Blood Donor app, or by calling 877-25-VITAL (84825). Appointments are recommended. Limited walk-in appointments will be available.

The blood drive takes place on the Club Level from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Club Level is located inside the ballpark at the VIP entrance.
Spruce the Goose will appear from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 30.
Vitalant said more donors are needed between Memorial Day and Labor Day to help offset the seasonal dip in donations that occurs as schools go on break and families take vacations. Vitalant urged all eligible donors to give blood, especially Type O.
Donors must be at least 16 years old and feeling healthy on the day of donation. Donors under 17 years old need parental permission.
