LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar at Red Rock Resort and Casino will offer brunch and dinner specials on Sunday, May 10, for Mother’s Day.
Brunch will be available from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and will feature a wild mushroom crepe with brie, caramelized onion, tomato crema and buttered leek for $18. The restaurant will also serve its full menu. Bottomless mimosas, spritzes and bloody marys will be available for $25, along with wines, brews, martinis and cocktails.

Dinner will be served from 4 to 9 p.m. Specials include baked truffle ricotta with honey drizzle and toasted rustic bread for $16, and lobster risotto with Maine lobster tail, roe butter and tarragon for $30.
Dessert will feature strawberry matcha tiramisu with strawberry mascarpone cream, matcha-soaked ladyfingers and fresh strawberries for $12.

Hearthstone is open Sunday through Thursday from 4 to 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 4 to 10 p.m., and for brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
