LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — UNLV women’s basketball head coach Lindy La Rocque has announced the Lady Rebels’ 2026-27 non-conference schedule, a 13-game slate featuring opponents from eight different conferences.
Season opener at T-Mobile Arena
UNLV will open the season Monday, Nov. 2, against USC in the Hall of Fame Women’s Showcase game at T-Mobile Arena. The event also includes women’s games featuring Arizona and Stanford. On the men’s side, Arizona takes on UCLA and Gonzaga faces Purdue.

Prior to the regular season, the Lady Rebels will host Cal State Los Angeles in an exhibition contest Tuesday, Oct. 27.
Seven-game November homestand
UNLV opens a seven-game homestand at the Pavilion on Friday, Nov. 6, against UTSA. The Lady Rebels then host Arizona State on Tuesday, Nov. 10, followed by Montana State on Sunday, Nov. 15, and Rice on Tuesday, Nov. 17. Cincinnati comes to the Pavilion on Saturday, Nov. 21.
UNLV closes November with its annual Turkey Tip-Off at Thomas & Mack Center. The Lady Rebels play LMU on Wednesday, Nov. 25, and Butler on Friday, Nov. 27. Oral Roberts also participates in the tournament.
East Coast road trip and December schedule
The Lady Rebels head east for their first road trip, visiting UConn on Wednesday, Dec. 2, and Boston on Saturday, Dec. 5.
UNLV returns home to host UC Santa Barbara at Lee’s Family Forum on Sunday, Dec. 13. The Lady Rebels then travel to Washington State on Wednesday, Dec. 16, before closing the non-conference slate at home against Vanguard on Sunday, Dec. 20.
“This may be the toughest non-conference schedule to date for us. I’m excited for this young group to get battle tested and ready for conference play,” La Rocque said. “We will continue to put our team under the brightest lights — against championship opponents — on the national stage, to showcase our program and elevate our brand.”
La Rocque enters her seventh season as head coach. The full Mountain West Conference schedule will be announced at a later date.
