LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — A Volaris flight landed safely Monday afternoon after the crew issued an alert for a potential engine fire mid-flight, according to airport officials.
The alert was called at approximately 4:30 p.m. on September 14, prompting emergency protocols. Upon landing, responders found no visible signs of smoke or flames, and no injuries were reported among passengers or crew.

Video captured the aircraft departing over the valley with what appeared to be flames coming from near one of its wings
Volaris has not yet released further details regarding the cause of the alert.
