LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Las Vegas will welcome thousands of excited Super Bowl fans in the days ahead of the big game.

However, the home of the big game still needs some work done. As FOX5 drove by the stadium Friday, big, white tents were being set up on the south parking lot near Russell Rd., with workers busy putting in the final touches.

We also got a glimpse of the turf that will be laid out for the big game. A few minutes away on the Las Vegas Strip, we noticed a Super Bowl Pepsi ad at the Delano.

If you have a view of the strip, it is really hard to miss the Doritos advertisement displayed at the Luxor. The chip company regularly advertises during the Super Bowl.

If you drive down a little further, cranes will take over the Bellagio. Unfortunately, if you like to walk by to see the fountains, the sidewalk is blocked off for construction.

Clark County released renderings of what the construction will lead to. Various entrances of Allegiant Stadium will be transformed into a fan experience space, and the Bellagio Fountains will turn into a media center for the big game.
